Common questions
What is Ehsas Moments?
A way to send a private, interactive surprise. You add their name, your message, photos and your voice, and they open it as a scene-by-scene story from one link.
Does the person receiving it need an app or account?
No. They just tap the link in any phone or computer browser. No app, no sign-up and no payment for them.
Can I see the surprise before paying?
Yes. Creating and previewing the full experience is free. You only pay when you want to send it.
How many photos and how long a voice note can I add?
Up to 4 photos and one voice note up to 40 seconds. Photos are resized for fast loading and their camera and location data is removed.
How long does the link stay active?
Standard stays live for about 7 days and Premium for about 30 days from the moment you publish.
Can I delete a surprise later?
Yes. From your dashboard you can delete it at any time. Deleting disables the link and removes the stored photos and voice note.
